The following is a list of rules and regulations that all members and guests are to abide by when spending time here at Indian Hills.

1. All members and visitors  must register in the office upon arrival. 
Members are required to register all guests that accompany them.

2. All guests and members must show a picture I.D. on request. You will be asked to give make, model and license plate #. Failure to do so will result in
non-admittance. CASH ONLY.. no checks, money orders, etc.

3. Parents must have a birth certificate for each child with you(under the age of 18). We can keep a copy on file so it won't be necessary to bring it in with you each time. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and safety. Please do not allow your children to disturb other guests.

4. Children under 14 are not permitted in the hot tubs. Only toilet trained children will be allowed in the pool. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.

5. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool area after 8:30 PM Sunday thru Thursday and 9:00 PM Fridays and Saturdays unless approved by management.

6. Grounds Fees apply from check in time until 12 Midnight. If staying overnight you must stop by the office and pay any additional fees during office hours. Check out time for camping is 12 Noon.

7. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH throughout the park and will be strictly enforced.

8. Everyone is required to sit on a towel when nude at all times.

9. Everyone is required to shower with soap each and every time before entering the pool or hot tubs. Towels, wraps or long T-shirts are allowed in the recreational area but must be removed before using showers. pool or hot tubs. Winter months are more lax.(weather permitting)
Outside of recreational area( pool, hot tubs, pool table room and Indian Room) clothing is optional. No gawking, staring, pointing or laughing at others will be tolerated. Making our Guests or Members uncomfortable will get you expelled from the park.

10. Diving is not permitted in the pool for  guest's safety.

11. Glass containers of any sort are not permitted in the pool or hot tub areas.

12. Please keep the camp area clean by placing all trash and cigarette butts in the trash receptacles. Please use common sense, make sure cigarette butts are out completely before disposing of them.

13. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub areas. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. You may not leave your pet unattended in the campground for any reason. You must pick up your pet's waste and dispose of it in trash can. You must present shots and rabies vaccines at office before entering the park with pets. Copies of shots may be kept in the office but must remain current. All members that have camps must keep their pets inside when leaving the camp area. NO EXCEPTIONS! Guests and members may not bring pets onto the campgrounds when staying for the day only, unless you have an RV site and must follow all of the rules.

14. Camp fires are allowed in designated areas only. (fire rings and BBQ Pits) No burning leaves except in fire rings.

15. No stacking of firewood next to trees.

16. Our fishing policy is  Catch and Release your  catch back into the pond.

17. Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

18. No licensed vehicles on trails. No gas powered vehicles, go carts, 4 wheelers, motor bikes or  bicycles are allowed on the trails.

19. Camera equipment of any kind is prohibited including cell phones that have camera capabilities. Telescopes and binoculars are not permitted. Lap tops may be used only indoors (i.e. tents, RVs or rentals. If you are caught with any of the above. YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PARK.

20. Cell phone use is prohibited in the pool and hot tub areas. You must walk out of the Pool area to use a cell phone. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

21. Trees are not to be cut without the permission of management.

22. Check out time for rentals is 11:00 am. There is a $5 deposit for keys. A deposit of $75 for small dogs and $100 for large dogs is required. *SEE RULES # 11-16.

23. Check in time for rentals is 1:00 pm. If you are going to be late, please call our office during office hours to insure your reservation. There is a $25 deposit for rentals. Any missing items from rentals will be charged to you. If the amount exceeds the $25 deposit, it will be payable by you before check out. Each rental has a list with cost of missing items.

24. THIS IS NOT A SWING CLUB!! Open solicitation is not permitted. Any overt sexual activity will not be tolerated. SEX IN PUBLIC IS A CRIME. Anyone caught engaging in sexual activity in public or caught in a compromising position that could be misconstrued as a public sex act..WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PARK!

25. Persons under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be allowed to enter the grounds. 

26. Persons bringing illegal drugs onto the property will be turned over to the authorities.

27. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or to remove from the park, anyone whose presence, they determine, is not in the best interests of the park. This includes the wearing of offensive items such as cock rings, Bondage and S&M items like collars, chains, handcuffs, etc. Everyone is expected to abide by these rules.

28. Please direct any complaints to Management during Office Hours.

29. No violence or threats  (verbal or physical) will be tolerated. These actions will lead to expulsion and loss of membership.
